You may use PAYSEED only for lawful business purposes that comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must only process payments for goods or services that you are authorised to sell.
PAYSEED does not permit fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or unauthorised transactions. Accounts reasonably suspected of prohibited activity may be restricted or suspended while the matter is reviewed. Where required and technically possible, affected funds may be held, reversed, refunded to their original payment source or handled according to applicable law, payment-network rules and provider requirements. PAYSEED may request supporting information and cooperate with authorised institutions and regulators.

Betting and Gambling Prohibited
PaySeed does not accept betting or gambling businesses. Accounts found using PaySeed for betting, gambling, or fraudulent transactions may be suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated, and transactions may undergo additional review.
Certain industries require additional compliance review and may not be automatically approved. These include regulated financial services, adult services, weapons, and other high-risk activities. PAYSEED reserves the right to decline or restrict services to these industries.
Refunds and reversals depend on the payment status, provider capabilities, contractual rules and applicable law. PAYSEED does not guarantee that every payment can immediately be returned.
PaySeed maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent payments, money laundering, stolen payment methods, and other illegal financial activities. Any account found engaging in suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be suspended immediately, permanently banned, or placed under enhanced verification. Additional identity and business documents may be requested before the account is restored.
PAYSEED may monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, fund holds, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
